Outreach on SE2026 at the Galang Batang Special Economic Zone

The 2026 Economic Census (SE2026) began on May 1 and will run through August 30. Activities in May focused on implementation, coordination, communication, and outreach by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to stakeholders to ensure that the SE2026—particularly the data collection for large enterprises—proceeds smoothly, effectively, and efficiently.

One such activity was the SE2026 outreach event at the Galang Batang Special Economic Zone (KEK) in Bintan, Riau Islands Province, conducted by the Head of the Riau Islands Province BPS together with the Acting Head of the Bintan Regency BPS and the Riau Islands Province BPS SE2026 team on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
