Abstract

Rice harvested area in Kepulauan Riau in 2019 is estimated at 356 hectares or has decreased by 20 hectares or 5.31 percent compared to 2018. Rice production in Kepulauan Riau in 2019 is estimated at 1150.80 tons of MPD or an increase of 53.8 tons or 4.90 percent compared to 2018. If rice production in 2019 is converted to rice for food consumption of the population, rice production in Kepulauan Riau in 2019 would be 655.15 tons or an increase of 30.67 tons or 4.91 percent compared to 2018.
