Abstract
Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) is the
comparison of the price index received by farmers (It) to the price index paid
by farmers (Ib).
NTP is an indicator to see the
level of ability / purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. NTP also shows
the terms of trade of agricultural products with goods and services consumed as
well as for production costs.
In September 2020, Kepulauan Riau
Province NTP was recorded at 98.35 or an increase of 0.42 percent compared to
the NTP in August 2020.
NTP of Food Crops subsector was
recorded at 101.75; Horticulture sub-sector NTP of 102.65; NTP of Community
Plantation Crops subsector amounting to 85.22; NTP of the Animal Husbandry
sub-sector of 101.38; and NTP of fisheries sub-sector by 105.02.
Agricultural Business Exchange
Rate (NTUP) of Kepulauan Riau Province in September 2020 was recorded at 99.08,
an increase of 0.21 percent compared to the previous month.
Food Crops sub-sector NTUP was
recorded at 101.17; Horticulture sub-sector NTUP 104.11; NTUP for Plantation
Crops subsector amounting to 85.81; Animal Husbandry sub-sector NTUP 102.06;
and Fisheries sub-sector NTUP 105.59
