Abstract

Rice harvested area in 2020 is estimated at 359.96 hectares, an increase of 3.69 hectares or 1.04 percent compared to 2019 which amounted to 356.27 hectares.

Rice production in 2020 is estimated at 1,360.82 tons of GKG, an increase of 210.02 tons or 18.25 percent compared to 2019 which amounted to 1,150.80 tons of GKG.

If the potential for rice production in 2020 is converted into rice for food consumption for the population, rice production in 2020 is estimated at 774.67 tons, an increase of 119.52 tons or 18.24 percent compared to 2019 which amounted to 655.15 tons.
