Abstract

The number of domestic air transport passengers departing from the Kepulauan Riau Province in May 2022 was 181,834 people, an increase of 17.10 percent compared to April 2022. A total of 107 international air passengers departed from the Kepulauan Riau Province in May 2022.

The number of domestic sea transport passengers who departed in May 2022 was 369,585 people, an increase of 30.14 percent compared to April 2022 which reached 283,981 people. Meanwhile, the number of international sea passengers departing in May 2022 was 69,596 people, an increase of 155.88% compared to April 2022.

In May 2022, the amount of baggage and goods carried by domestic air freight decreased by 2.51 percent from 2,815.44 tons in April 2022 to 2744.86 tons in May 2022. In May 2022, no goods were loaded on international air transport.
