Abstract

The export value of Kepulauan Riau Province in December 2022 reached US$1,550.12 million, an increase of 2.48 percent compared to November 2022.

Oil and gas exports in December 2022 amounted to US$290.06 million, up 19.65 percent compared to November 2022. Non-oil and gas exports in December 2022 reached US$1,260.06 million, down 0.80 percent compared to November 2022.

The largest HS 2-digit non-oil and gas export during January-December 2022 was the machinery/electrical equipment goods group (HS 85) reaching US$7,396.35 million with a role in non-oil and gas exports of 48.08 percent.

During January-December 2022, Singapore became the largest export destination country to reach US$8,520.26 million with a role of 43.41 percent.

During January-December 2022, Singapore became the largest destination country for non-oil and gas exports to reach US$5,337.10 million with a role of around 34.69 percent. In addition, it is also the largest destination country for oil and gas exports which reached US $ 3,183.16 million with a role of 75.04 percent.

The largest export value of Kepulauan Riau Province January-December 2022 was through Batu Ampar Port US$9,944.70 million; followed by Sekupang Port US$2,542.85 million; Tarempa Port US$1,802.87 million; Tanjung Balai Karimun Port US$1,795.47 million; and Kabil / Panau Port US$1,659.14 million. The role of the five ports in January-December 2022 exports reached 90.42 percent.

The largest export volume of Kepulauan Riau Province January-December 2022 was through Tanjung Balai Karimun Port 9,614.61 thousand tons; followed by Tarempa Port 3,100.87 thousand tons; Belakang Padang Port 2,004.24 thousand tons; Batu Ampar Port 1,359.50 thousand tons; and Kabil/Panau Port 1,178.36 thousand tons. The role of the five ports in the January-December 2022 export volume reached 92.62 percent.
