Abstract

The number of foreign tourists to Riau Islands Province during February 2024 was recorded at 144,802 visits or an increase of 49.20 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, when compared to February 2023, there was an increase of 56.79 percent.
Foreign tourists visiting Riau Islands Province in February 2024 were dominated by Singaporean nationals, reaching 46.90 percent of the total number of foreign tourists in February 2024.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in Riau Islands Province in February 2024 averaged 62.51 percent, an increase of 8.73 points compared to the January 2024 TPK which was recorded at 53.78 percent.
The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at star-rated hotels in Riau Islands Province in February 2024 was recorded at 2.28 days, down 0.13 points compared to January 2024.
