Abstract

Decent work is a major aspect of poverty alleviation efforts and one of the keys to successful sustainable development. One source of decent work indicators comes from the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas). Sakernas has been conducted by the Badan Pusat Statistics(BPS) since 1976 and has been conducted regularly since 1986. Until 2022, Sakernas has undergone various changes in implementation time, estimation level, coverage, and methodology, in order to improve data quality.Decent Work Indicators of Kepulauan Riau Province 2021 and 2022 is a publication that contains indicators related to decent work. This publication refers to the publication of the International Labor Organization (ILO), namely the Decent Work Country Profile in several countries in 2012. There are 8 (eight) main indicators of decent work that can be measured through Sakernas data.
