Abstract
Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) is a
comparison of the price index received by farmers (It) against the price index
paid by farmers (Ib).
NTP is one indicator to see the
level of ability / purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. NTP also shows
the exchange power (terms of trade) of agricultural products with goods and
services consumed as well as for production costs.
In April 2020, NTP of Kepulauan
Riau Province was recorded at 99.28 or decreased by 1.31 percent compared to
the NTP in March 2020.
The NTP of the Food Crop
subsector was recorded at 103.72; Horticulture subsector NTP of 105.03; NTP of
the People's Plantation Plant subsector of 92.25; Livestock subsector NTP 98.21
and Fishery subsector NTP 103.57.
The Agriculture Business Exchange
Rate (NTUP) of Kepulauan Riau Province in April 2020 was 100.57 decreased by
1.39 percent compared to last month.
NTUP of the Food Crop subsector
was recorded at 104.07; NTUP Horticulture sub-sector by 106.88; NTUP of the
People's Plantation Plant subsector of 93.67; NTUP Livestock subsector of
99.24; and NTUP Fisheries sub-sector by 101.59.
