Abstract

The number of foreign tourist arrivals or tourists to Kepulauan Riau Province during June 2020 recorded as many as 1,787 visits. This means a decrease of 0.61 percent compared to the previous month, where in May 2020 there were 1,798 visits. Meanwhile, when compared to June 2019, there was a decrease of 99.33 percent.

Tourists visiting of Kepulauan Riau Province in January to June 2020 were dominated by Singaporean tourists reaching 45.66 percent of the number of tourists from January to June 2020.

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in June 2020 only an average of 14.45 percent, up 4.54 points compared to the May 2020 TPK which was recorded at 9.91 percent.

The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at star hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in June 2020 was 1.93 days, down 0.29 points compared to May 2020.
