Abstract

The number of foreign tourists (tourists) to the Kepulauan Riau Province during June 2022 was recorded at 57,469 visits or an increase of 141.04 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, when compared to June 2021, there was an increase of 21,106.27 percent.
Foreign tourists visiting the Kepulauan Riau Province in January-June 2022 were dominated by Singaporean foreign tourists reaching 51.15 percent of the total number of foreign tourists during January to June 2022.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in the Kepulauan Riau Province in June 2022 averaged 45.21 percent, an increase of 8.10 points compared to the TPK in May 2022 which was recorded at 37.11 percent.
The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at five-star hotels in the Kepulauan Riau Province in June 2022 was recorded at 1.62 days or decreased by 0.34 points compared to May 2022.
