Abstract

The number of domestic air transport passengers in October 2020 departing from Kepulauan Riau Province was 91,623 people or an increase of 14.76 percent from September 2020. Meanwhile, October 2020 international air transport passengers who came to Kepulauan Riau Province were 148 people.
During October 2020, 165,428 people departed (embarked) domestically from ports in the Kepulauan Riau. The number of domestic passengers departing has increased by 11.91 percent compared to September 2020 which reached 147,823 people. Meanwhile, the number of international sea transport passengers departing (embarkation) in October 2020 was only 2,063 people, an increase of 56.17 percent compared to September 2020.
In October 2020, the load on baggage and goods for domestic air transport decreased by 1.56 percent from 1,871.66 tons in September 2020 to 1,842.40 tons in October 2020. In October 2020, the amount of luggage and goods loaded for international air transport 11.20 tons, down 44.23 percent from September 2020.
In October 2020, the amount of international sea transportation cargo has increased from the previous month of 24.55 percent, from 1,624,488.84 tons to 2,023,324.92 tons.
