Abstract

The number of domestic air transportation passengers departing from Kepulauan Riau Province in October 2023 was 155,237 people, down 1.50 percent compared to September 2023. A total of 1,299 international air transportation passengers departed from Kepulauan Riau Province in October 2023.

The number of domestic sea transportation passengers who departed in October 2023 was recorded at 307,547 people, an increase of 5.84 percent compared to September 2023 which reached 290,567 people. Meanwhile, the number of international sea transportation passengers departing in October 2023 was 208,189 people, down 6.40 percent compared to September 2023.

In October 2023, the number of domestic air transport baggage and goods loadings decreased by 6.35 percent from 2,282.38 tons in September 2023 to 2,137.40 tons in October 2023. In October 2023, a total of 15.21 tons of baggage and freight were loaded via international air transport.
