Abstract

Based on the results of monitoring of rural prices in Kepulauan Riau Province in April 2021, the Farmers Exchange Rate (NTP) recorded an increase of 0.53 percent compared to March 2021. This is because this month there was an increase in the Accepted Index (It) of Farmers by 0.52 percent while the Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) actually decreased by 0.01 percent. The increase in the Exchange Rate of Farmers is due to the increase in the Index Received by Farmers (the price index for agricultural production) is greater than the decrease in the Index Paid by Farmers (the index of prices for goods and services consumed by households and for agricultural production purposes).
