Abstract

The number of domestic air transportation passengers departing from Kepulauan Riau Province in December 2022 was 172,509 people, an increase of 21.09 percent compared to November 2022. A total of 1,518 international air transportation passengers departed from Kepulauan Riau Province in December 2022.

The number of domestic sea transportation passengers departing in December 2022 was recorded at 399,652 people, an increase of 40.55 percent compared to November 2022 which reached 284,343 people. Meanwhile, the number of international sea transportation passengers departing in December 2022 was 312,581 people, up 49.26 percent compared to November 2022.

In December 2022, the number of domestic air freight baggage and goods loadings rose 23.23 percent from 2,195.39 tons in November 2022 to 2,705.42 tons in December 2022. In December 2022, a total of 12.27 tons were loaded via international air freight.
