Oil and gas exports in March 2023 amounted to US$310.96 million or increased by 14.00 percent compared to February 2023. Non-oil and gas exports in March 2023 reached US$1,356.91 million, down 12.35 percent compared to February 2023.
The largest HS 2-digit non-oil and gas export during January-March 2023 was the electrical machinery/equipment goods group (HS 85) reaching US$2,233.82 million with a role in non-oil and gas exports of 54.12 percent.
During January-March 2023, Singapore became the largest export destination country to reach US$1,909.10 million with a role of 37.00 percent.
During January-March 2023, Singapore became the largest destination country for non-oil and gas exports to reach US$1,287.16 million with a role of around 31.19 percent. In addition, it is also the largest destination country for oil and gas exports which reached US $ 621.93 million with a role of 60.23 percent.
The largest export value of Kepulauan Riau Province from January to March 2023 was through Batu Ampar Port US$2,715.38 million; followed by Sekupang Port US$633.62 million; Tanjung Balai Karimun Port US$627.40 million; Kabil / Panau Port US$366.04 million; and Tarempa Port US$281.24 million. The role of the five ports in January-March 2023 exports reached 89.61 percent.
The largest export volume of Kepulauan Riau Province January-March 2023 was through Tanjung Balai Karimun Port 2,573.94 thousand tons; followed by Kabil/Panau Port 2,110.37 thousand tons; Tarempa Port 610.65 thousand tons; Batu Ampar Port 527.73 thousand tons; and Belakang Padang Port 422.40 thousand tons. The role of the five ports in the January-March 2023 export volume reached 90.14 percent.
