Abstract

The export value of Kepulauan Riau Province in April 2023 reached US$1,522.57 million, down 8.71 percent compared to March 2023.

Oil and gas exports in April 2023 amounted to US $ 407.46 million, up 31.03 percent compared to March 2023. Non-oil and gas exports in April 2023 reached US$1,115.11 million, down 17.82 percent compared to March 2023.

The largest HS 2-digit non-oil and gas export during January-April 2023 was the electrical machinery/equipment goods group (HS 85) reaching US$2,830.85 million with a role in non-oil and gas exports of 54.63 percent.

During January-April 2023, Singapore became the largest export destination country to reach US$2,397.45 million with a role of 36.20 percent.

During January-April 2023, Singapore became the largest destination country for non-oil and gas exports to reach US$1,562.68 million with a role of around 30.15 percent. In addition, it is also the largest destination country for oil and gas exports which reached US $ 834.77 million with a role of 57.97 percent.

The largest export value of Kepulauan Riau Province January-April 2023 was through Batu Ampar Port US$3,547.87 million; followed by Tanjung Balai Karimun Port US$839.67 million; Sekupang Port US$822.63 million; Kabil / Panau Port US$425.24 million; and Tarempa Port US$385.88 million. The role of the five ports in January-April 2023 exports reached 90.93 percent.

The largest export volume of Kepulauan Riau Province in January-April 2023 was through Tanjung Balai Karimun Port 3,456.78 thousand tons; followed by Kabil/Panau Port 2,164.09 thousand tons; Tarempa Port 809.74 thousand tons; Batu Ampar Port 630.78 thousand tons; and Belakang Padang Port 533.26 thousand tons. The role of the five ports in the January-April 2023 export volume reached 90.31 percent.
