Abstract

The export value of Kepulauan Riau Province in July 2023 reached US$1,619.81 million, up 11.35 percent compared to June 2023.

Oil and gas exports in July 2023 amounted to US $ 343.35 million, an increase of 9.81 percent compared to June 2023. Non-oil and gas exports in July 2023 reached US$1,276.46 million, up 11.78 percent compared to June 2023.

The largest HS 2-digit non-oil and gas export during January-July 2023 was the electrical machinery/equipment goods group (HS 85) reaching US$4,741.33 million with a role in non-oil and gas exports of 53.30 percent.

During January-July 2023, Singapore became the largest export destination country to reach US$4,121.43 million with a role of 36.53 percent.

During January-July 2023, Singapore became the largest destination country for non-oil and gas exports to reach US$2,704.93 million with a role of around 30.41 percent. In addition, it is also the largest destination country for oil and gas exports which reached US $ 1,416.50 million with a role of 59.34 percent.

The largest export value of Kepulauan Riau Province January-July 2023 was through Batu Ampar Port US$5,912.59 million; followed by Sekupang Port US$1,494.65 million; Tanjung Balai Karimun Port US$1,369.02 million; Kabil / Panau Port US$787.58 million; and Tarempa Port US$747.89 million. The role of the five ports in January-July 2023 exports reached 91.40 percent.

The largest export volume of Kepulauan Riau Province January-July 2023 was through Tanjung Balai Karimun Port 5,998.98 thousand tons; followed by Kabil/Panau Port 2,402.26 thousand tons; Tarempa Port 1,420.31 thousand tons; Batu Ampar Port 989.34 thousand tons; and Belakang Padang Port 909.48 thousand tons. The role of the five ports in the January-July 2023 export volume reached 88.95 percent.
