Abstract

In October 2024 the number of foreign tourists to Kepulauan RIau was 137,999 visits.
In January-October 2024, there were 2,838,778 domestic tourist trips to the Kepulauan RIau.
The TPK of star hotels in October 2024 was 55.66 percent.
The number of foreign tourists (foreign tourists) to Kepulauan RIau Province during October 2024 was recorded at 137,999 visits or decreased by 3.66 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, when compared to October 2023, there was an increase of 29.68 percent.
The number of domestic tourist visits (wisnus) to Kepulauan RIau in January-October 2024 increased by 54.01 percent compared to the same period in 2023 (c-to-c) from 1.84 million trips to 2.84 million trips.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in Kepulauan RIau Province in October 2024 averaged 55.66 percent or increased 1.60 points compared to the September 2024 TPK which was recorded at 54.06 percent.
The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at star-rated hotels in Kepulauan RIau Province in October 2024 was recorded at 1.87 days, down 0.03 points compared to September 2024.
