Abstract

The number of foreign tourists (tourists) to Kepulauan Riau Province during October 2022 recorded 106,160 visits or an increase of 1.44 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, when compared to October 2021, there was an increase of 67,089.87 percent.
Foreign tourists visiting kepulauan Riau Province in January-October 2022 were dominated by Singaporean tourists, accounting for 55.84 percent of the total number of foreign tourists from January to October 2022.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in October 2022 averaged 48.60 percent, an increase of 5.99 points compared to the TPK in September 2022 which was recorded at 42.61 percent.
The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at star hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in October 2022 was recorded at 1.97 days, up 0.32 points compared to September 2022.
