Exports increased 7.37 percent and imports increased 2.67 percent in February 2021

Export activities in Kepulauan Riau Province in February 2021 compared to January increased by 7.37 percent, from US $ 1,121.03 million to US $ 1,203.68 million. The increase in export value in February 2021 was caused by an increase in exports of the non-oil and gas sector reaching 9.43 percent.

The import value of Kepulauan Riau Province in February 2021 reached US $ 1,128.02 million, consisting of oil and gas imports (US $ 185.46 million) and non-oil and gas imports (US $ 942.56 million). This means that the import value has increased by 2.67 percent compared to January 2021. The increase in import value was caused by an increase in the value of oil and gas imports by 14.64 percent and non-oil and gas imports by 0.60 percent.
