Exports increased 12,67 percent and imports increased 26,77 percent in March 2021

Export activities in Kepulauan Riau Province in March 2021 compared to February increased by 12.67 percent, from US $ 1,203.68 million to US $ 1,356.15 million. The increase in export value in March 2021 is dominated by the increase in exports of the non-oil and gas sector, which reached 15.94 percent.

The import value of Kepulauan Riau Province in March 2021 reached US $ 1,430.05 million, consisting of oil and gas imports (US $ 263.98 million) and non-oil and gas imports (US $ 1,166.07 million). This means that the import value has increased by 26.77 percent compared to February 2021. The increase in import value was caused by an increase in the value of oil and gas imports by 42.34 percent and non-oil and gas imports by 23.71 percent.
