Export activities in the Kepulauan Riau Province in March 2022 compared to February 2022 increased by 18.23 percent, from US$1,457.75 million to US$1,723.44 million. The increase in export value in March 2022 was caused by an increase in exports of the oil and gas sector by 40.29 percent and the non-oil and gas sector increasing by 11.56 percent.
  • The import value of Kepulauan Riau Province in March 2022 reached US$1,665.61 million, consisting of oil and gas imports (US$368.59 million) and non-oil and gas (US$1,297.02 million). This means that the import value has increased by 68.22 percent compared to February 2022. The increase in import value is caused by an increase in the value of oil and gas imports by 155.06 percent and an increase in the value of non-oil and gas imports by 53.38 percent.
