Kepulauan Riau Exports in January 2020 Decreased 4.78 percent

Abstract

The export value of the Kepulauan Riau Province in January 2020 reached US $ 1,043.97 million, down by 4.78 percent compared to December 2019 exports.

January 2020 oil and gas exports were US $ 243.10 million, down 17.43 percent compared to December 2019. January 2020 non-oil and gas exports reached US $ 800.87 million, down 0.14 percent compared to December 2019

The largest 2-digit HS non-oil exports in January 2020 were the group of electrical machinery/equipment (HS 85) of US $ 306.67 million, with a contribution to non-oil and gas exports of 38.29 percent.

Exports to Singapore in January 2020 reached the largest value of US $ 514.12 million with contributions reaching 49.25 percent.

The largest export value of the Kepulauan Riau Province in January 2020 through Batu Ampar Harbor was US $ 484.14 million; followed by Sekupang Port, US $ 142.60 million; Port of Tarempa US $ 110.48 million; Sambu Island Port, US $ 95.72 million; and Kabil/Panau Port with US $ 93.57 million. The Port of the fifth contribution to exports in January 2020 amounted to 88.75 percent.
