Abstract

The export value of the Kepulauan Riau Province in June 2021 reached US$1,317.62 million, an increase of 2.18 percent compared to May 2021.
Oil and gas exports in June 2021 amounted to US$338.90 million, up 25.02 percent compared to May 2021. Non-oil and gas exports in June 2021 reached US$978.72 million, down 3.90 percent compared to May 2021.
The largest 2-digit HS non-oil and gas export during June 2021 was the machine/electrical equipment category (HS 85) reaching US$388.39 million with a role for non-oil and gas exports of 34.43 percent.

The import value of the Kepulauan Riau Province in June 2021 reached US $ 1,036.53 million, down 16.43 percent compared to May 2021.
The value of oil and gas imports in June 2021 reached US$147.79 million, down 45.29 percent compared to May 2021. The value of non-oil and gas imports in June 2021 reached US$888.74 million, down 8.40 percent compared to May 2021.
During January-June 2021, the largest non-oil and gas imports were
category of electrical machinery/equipment goods (HS 85) with a value of
US$ 2,554.76 million or 42.22 percent of the total non-oil and gas imports.
