Abstract

The number of foreign tourists to Kepulauan Riau Province during April 2024 was recorded at 102,894 visits or decreased by 24.06 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, when compared to April 2023, there was a decrease of 13.40 percent.

Foreign tourists visiting Kepulauan Riau Province in April 2024 were dominated by Singaporean nationals, reaching 43.47 percent of the total number of foreign tourists in April 2024.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in April 2024 averaged 51.63 percent or decreased by 3.22 points compared to the March 2024 TPK which was recorded at 54.85 percent.

The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at star-rated hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in April 2024 was recorded at 2.17 days, down 0.02 points compared to March 2024.
