Abstract

The number of domestic air transportation passengers departing from Kepulauan Riau Province in April 2024 was 230,850 people, an increase of 52.58 percent compared to March 2024. A total of 2,695 international air transportation passengers departed from Kepulauan Riau Province in April 2024.

The number of domestic sea transportation passengers who departed in April 2024 was 491,108 people, an increase of 49.96 percent compared to March 2024 which reached 327,500 people. Meanwhile, the number of international sea transportation passengers departing in April 2024 was 221,979 people, down 3.89 percent compared to March 2024.

In April 2024, the number of domestic air transport baggage and goods loadings fell 32.88 percent from 1,451.47 tons in March 2024 to 974.20 tons in April 2024. In April 2024, a total of 2.85 tons of baggage and freight were loaded via international air transport.
