Kepulauan Riau Exports in February 2020 Increased 5.33 percent

Abstract

The export value of Kepulauan Riau Province in February 2020 reached US $ 1,106.12 million, an increase of 5.33 percent from January 2020 exports. February 2020 oil and gas exports amounted to US $ 227.42 million, up 8.71 percent during January 2020. Non-oil and gas exports in February 2020 reached US $ 878.70 million or an increase of 9.70 percent compared to January 2020. The biggest double digit HS non-oil exports in February 2020 were the group of electrical machinery / equipment (HS 85) of US $ 321.00 million, with an influence on non-oil and gas exports at 37.37 percent. Exports to Singapore in February 2020 reached the largest value of US $ 491.56 million with contributions reaching 47.04 percent.

The largest export value of Kepulauan Riau Province in February 2020 through Batu Ampar Harbor was US $ 464.84 million; follow Sekupang Port with US $ 139.91 million; Port of Tarempa US $ 117.64 million; Sambu Island Port, US $ 127.41 million; and Kabil / Panau Port with US $ 118.75 million. The contribution of the number of ports to exports in January 2020 was 87.99 percent.
