Abstract

The number of foreign tourist visits or foreign tourists to the Kepulauan Riau Province during December 2020 was recorded as many as 542 visits. This means that it has decreased by 3.39 percent compared to the previous month, where in November 2020 there were 561 visits. Meanwhile, when compared to December 2019, there was a decrease of 99.80 percent.

Foreign tourists visiting Kepulauan Riau Province from January to December 2020 were dominated by Singaporean, reaching 44.91 percent of the number of foreign tourists from January to December 2020.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in December 2020 an average of 27.41 percent or an increase of 2.77 points compared to the ROR for November 2020 which was recorded at 24.64 percent.

The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at star hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in December 2020 was recorded at 1.36 days or decreased by 0.06 points compared to November 2020.
