Abstract

The number of foreign tourists (tourists) to Kepulauan Riau Province during July 2022 was recorded at 80,215 visits or an increase of 39.58 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, when compared to July 2021, there was an increase of 49,722.98 percent.
Foreign tourists visiting the Riau Archipelago Province in January-July 2022 are dominated by Singaporean foreign tourists reaching 51.50 percent of the total number of foreign tourists during January to July 2022.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in July 2022 averaged 41.35 percent or decreased by 3.86 points compared to the TPK in June 2022 which was recorded at 45.21 percent.
The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at five-star hotels in Kepulauan Riau Province in July 2022 was recorded at 1.66 days, an increase of 0.04 points compared to June 2022.
